- Operational Excellence: Follow all set-up and operational procedures to ensure maximum accuracy and quality in manufacturing processes.
- Equipment Operation: If applicable: Safely operate forklifts or other machinery to complete essential tasks, including loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products.
- Production Support: Support production workers and staff in various tasks to maintain workflow and solve technical bottlenecks on the floor.
- Quality Control: Apply quality control requirements and strictly follow written procedures to maintain high standards.
- Fabrication: Use hand and power tools for grinding, fabrication, and refining parts as needed for production.
- Safety Leadership: Operate all equipment in a safe manner, maintain a clean working environment, and comply with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Basic experience with hand/power tools and an interest in heavy machinery operation.
- Mindset: A strong commitment to environmental waste reduction and lean manufacturing principles.
