We’re seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operators—with experience in Press Brake and Laser equipment—to support our manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to produce high-quality parts. This role is essential for maintaining consistent production flow, ensuring part accuracy, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment. Your expertise will directly support inventory accuracy, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 10 hours shifts. 4 day work week!
Job Skills & Qualifications
• Experience as CNC operator-preferred
• Experience using tools such as calipers, height gauges, tape measure & protractors
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents, drawings & blueprints
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Essential Duties
• Set-up and operate Press Brake to perform tasks such as bending & forming parts
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Make adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of cut
• Inspect and measure finished products to verify they meet the required specifications
• Perform daily maintenance on machines
