We are currently seeking dependable Production Welders to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform high-quality welding on metal components while meeting production standards and customer specifications. Your skill and attention to detail will help maintain efficient workflow, ensure product quality, and support on-time delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support powder coating teams.
• Assign tasks, train employees, and monitor performance.
• Inspect powder-coated finishes for quality.
• Maintain production schedules and troubleshoot issues.
• Enforce safety procedures and equipment upkeep.

• 3+ years of powder coating experience (leadership preferred).
• Knowledge of powder coating processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
