Essential Duties:
As a Paint Line Helper, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process by helping:
- Loading/Unloading: Hanging and removing parts of various sizes from the line.
- Masking & Protecting: Preparing parts by masking areas that need protection.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensuring parts are securely packaged, labeled, and protected from damage.
- Quality Control: Properly identifying and tagging each part to meet our quality standards.
- Pay Range: $22.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift – Mon-Thur. 6:00am – 4:30pm. 2nd Shift - Mon - Thurs. 4:30pm - 3:00am and Weekend Shift Fri. – Sun. 6:00am – 4:30pm
- 15% shift differential for 2nd shift and 20% shift differential for weekend shift.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively with colleagues in a collaborative environment.
- Situational Awareness: Strong attention to your surroundings on the moving line for safety and efficiency.
- Reliability: Excellent time management skills and commitment to punctuality.
- Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Bring a can-do approach to work every day.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift and handle materials up to 60 pounds comfortably.
