We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble metal components and finished products according to specifications while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the production process. Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Range: $20.00- $28.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
- Shift: First Shift- Monday- Thursday | 6:00A-4:30P | 4-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output goals
- Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors
- Safely operate equipment and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team members and assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documents
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
