We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Overhead Crane Operator to join our team. In this role, you will safely operate overhead cranes to move, load, and position materials throughout the facility while supporting efficient production flow and maintaining material accuracy. You will help ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range:  $20.00-28.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience) 
$1,000 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment

First Shift
Monday – Thursday
6:00Am-4:30PM
4-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials and components safely.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and production areas.
  • Stage and transport materials to support production schedules and workflow.
  • Inspect materials for damage and verify quantities against work orders.
  • Maintain proper organization of materials in designated storage areas.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Assist with inventory control and material tracking as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper rigging techniques and PPE usage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications
  • Previous overhead crane or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate lifting equipment and understand load capacities.
  • Knowledge of rigging practices and material handling procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required (up to 60 lbs).
