We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $22.00-34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment

Second Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- 4-Day Work Week
- Additional $3.00/hour shift differential
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and pulse welding on metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are welded accurately.
- Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), control plans, and work instructions.
- Set up welding equipment and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
- Inspect work using tools such as calipers, weld gauges, and tape measures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Robotic welding experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
- Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
- Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
- Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
