We’re on the hunt for an EHS Specialist who’s ready to dive into the world of safety, sustainability, and smart systems. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure our workplace stays safe, our records stay sharp, and our environmental impact stays low.
A person with Strong understanding of Powder Painting, Air cleanliness, Waste Disposal and experience reporting for documentation of events.

🔍 What You’ll Be Rocking Daily
- Keeping our safety policies fresh and fabulous
- Leading 5S audits like a boss
- Supporting Process Hazard Analysis—the ultimate checklist for preventing problems before they start.
- Managing compliance deadlines like a time wizard
- Training teammates to be safety-savvy superheroes
- Tracking VOCs, chemical purchases, and waste like a sustainability sleuth
- Filing reports for OSHA, DOT, EPA (and making it look easy)
- Creating slick process flows, forms, and instructions
- Spotting opportunities to reduce waste and environmental impact
- Owning inspections, permits, and all things compliance
- Communication skills that make regulators swoon
- Microsoft Excel and Word mastery (pivot tables, anyone?)
- Organization so sharp it could cut through red tape
- Independence, teamwork, and a dash of adaptability
- A love for juggling tasks without dropping the ball
- Admin experience (required)
- Heavy production experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA (you speak acronym fluently)
- Training experience (you love a good PowerPoint)
