We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to support our weekend Shift team. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay Range: $22.00-34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience) 
  • Shift: Weekend Shift- Friday-Sunday | 6:00A-6:30P  |  3-Day Work Week
    work 36 hours/paid for 40 +  $0.75/hr. shift differential

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate robotic welding systems to weld metal parts according to specifications
  • Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into robotic cells
  • Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and compliance with blueprints
  • Complete required documentation, including production counts and quality checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
  • Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
  • Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
  • Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
