Position Details
- Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour, plus a $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.
- Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (4-day workweek).

What You’ll Do
- Operate Press Brake Machines: Set up and operate press brake equipment to shape and fabricate metal parts.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise fabrication.
- Measure with Precision: Use tools such as tape measures, steel rules, height stands, and calipers to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain Quality: Follow Standard Iron’s quality standards and production guidelines.
- Lift Heavy Materials: Safely and effectively lift up to 75 lbs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience operating a press brake machine in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality.
- Team Player: A dedication to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
