The Role
You will perform complex weldments and layouts for architectural projects, including stairs and railings.
- Precision Layout: Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to lay out stairs and rail systems.
- High-Quality Welding: Execute diversified weldments using accurate AWS weld symbols.
- Technical Accuracy: Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure all components meet strict tolerances.
- Certification: Ability to certify to 3/8” plate (AWS D1.1) and 1G flat position.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous fabrication experience is required.
- Education: Technical college degree is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural prints and interpreting AWS weld symbols.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to quality.
Shift & Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
