What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you aren't just spraying parts—you are the final touch that ensures our products are durable, beautiful, and ready for the world. Your day-to-day will include:
- Mastering Safety: Be proficient in the safe operation of painting equipment.
- Mastering the Finish: Applying high-quality powder and/or wet spray coatings with precision.
- Keeping Things Moving: Managing the paint line, loading/unloading parts, and making real-time adjustments to keep our workflow smooth.
- Quality First: Inspecting finished pieces against engineering drawings to ensure every part is perfect before it leaves your station.
- Total Care: Handling equipment maintenance and performing thorough color changes to keep our operations clean and efficient.
- Collaboration: Working with the team to interpret work orders and safely move materials using overhead cranes and rigging.
- A Keen Eye: You have a proven ability to follow technical specs and a commitment to "zero-defect" delivery.
- Reliability: You’re a team player who values safety and shows up ready to contribute.
- Technical Basics: A high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass a standard vision test (corrective lenses are fine!), and the physical aptitude to handle the demands of the shop floor.
- Great Communication: You’re comfortable reading instructions and chatting with the team to solve problems and share ideas.
