We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to engineering specifications and quality standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production flow, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

2nd Shift                                                                                                                                          Monday – Thursday
10-hour shifts (4-day work week)
$1.50/hour shift differential

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to form parts per blueprints and work instructions.

  • Interpret engineering drawings, bend allowances, and tolerance requirements.

  • Select proper tooling and perform machine setups, including die alignment and program adjustments.

  • Measure and inspect formed parts using calipers, protractors, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools.

  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and consistency.

  • Maintain production documentation and report any nonconformances.

  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.

  • Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.


Qualifications

  • Previous CNC press brake operating experience required.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Working knowledge of bend deductions, material properties, and forming techniques.

  • Experience with precision measuring instruments.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to lift and move materials as required (up to 60 lbs).
