The Role
You will perform complex weldments and layouts for architectural projects, including stairs and railings.

Precision Layout: Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to lay out stairs and rail systems.
High-Quality Welding: Execute diversified weldments using accurate AWS weld symbols.
Technical Accuracy: Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure all components meet strict tolerances.
Certification: Ability to certify to 3/8” plate (AWS D1.1) and 1G flat position.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous fabrication experience is required.
Education: Technical college degree is preferred but not required.
Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural prints and interpreting AWS weld symbols.
Mindset: A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to quality.

Shift & Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
