Your Coaches:
You’ll report directly to the Dept Supervisor, ensuring every play is executed safely and efficiently.

- Be the Playmaker: Support our production team by Assembly, loading, unloading, and staging products.
- The Heavy Hitter: Safely operate forklifts and machinery to keep the "ball" moving through the facility.
- Precision & Skill: Use hand and power tools to grind and fabricate with expert accuracy.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe "field" (workspace) and follow the rules of the game to keep everyone on the roster healthy.
- Clutch Performance: Follow written procedures and quality controls to ensure we deliver "defect-free" results on time.
- Versatility: You aren't tied to one department—you're a utility player ready to jump in where needed!
- Fundamentals: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Safety Mindset: A commitment to reducing waste and preventing exposures for our environment.
